M3 Floodtec Celebrates Team Achievements and Internal Progression

M3 Floodtec is proud to announce a series of significant staff achievements, highlighting the continued growth and development within the organisation. Four team members have recently reached important milestones, demonstrating the dedication, talent, and commitment that drives the business forward.

Tia Promoted to Senior Production Administrator

After joining M3 Floodtec straight from high school at the age of 16, Tia has grown with the company over the past four and a half years. Having completed multiple apprenticeships and continuously developed her professional skills, she has now been promoted from Production Administrator to Senior Production Administrator.
In her new role, Tia will assume full end-to-end responsibility for all administrative requirements at our Droitwich facility. Her progression is a testament to her hard work, reliability, and evolving expertise.

Emma Promoted to Customer Service Manager

Emma has been promoted from Customer Liaison Officer to Customer Service Manager, recognising her excellent communication skills, customer focus, and the leadership qualities she has consistently demonstrated. Emma will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and supporting our service teams as we continue to expand.

Nik Promoted to Account Manager

Nik’s promotion from Project Co-ordinator to Account Manager reflects his strong project delivery, customer engagement and expanding commercial understanding. In his new position, Nik will take on greater responsibility for client relationships, ensuring customers receive a seamless and supportive experience throughout their journey with M3 Floodtec.

Erin Achieves Level 3 Business & Administration Diploma

We are also pleased to recognise Erin for successfully achieving her Level 3 Business and Administration Diploma. This accomplishment highlights her dedication to personal development and her commitment to delivering high-quality work within the business. The entire team is proud of her achievement and the professionalism she has shown throughout her time with M3 Floodtec.
