The Problem
Surface water flooding from the road was building up and flooding the driveway, leading to water entering the property through the garage doors.
The Solution
The existing garage doors were replaced with a Defender flood patio door. An intercepting Aco drainage channel was installed in front of the new doors and connected to the existing underground drainage system to prevent future flooding.
Works were completed in December 2020.
