All properties have openings for venting appliances or for allowing air to vent through the building framework. Quite often these are irregular shapes or are located in awkward positions, so specialist solutions are needed to prevent flood water accessing the opening and flooding the building. Under these circumstances bespoke covers can be designed and installed over the opening to prevent flooding events.
Manufactured from high grade aluminium (5052), these vent seals can be fully closed or adapted with openings above the flood levels and as snorkel vents for use with existing passive flood prevention products such as the Anti-flood Airbrick.
