By integrating state-of-the-art BS Kitemark™ certified flood products directly into the modular assembly, developers can ensure fast, quality-controlled installation while avoiding costly retrofits.

For L&G Modular, this approach included the factory installation of anti-flood airbricks and on-site deployment of Defender flood barriers for front and rear doors. This allowed the developer to meet planning requirements efficiently, without the need for expensive land infill or site-level adjustments, while ensuring robust and worry-free flood protection for future occupants.
